Our house is more than just accommodation – here you are a guest with friends and experience a holiday full of warmth!

For more than 40 years, we have made it our business to offer our guests unforgettable holidays and to inspire them with our hospitality. This has resulted in numerous friendships and we welcome many regular guests every year.

No matter what you are looking for – be it adventure in the mountains, lively life by the lake or simply relaxation and recreation – you are in good hands with us. We do everything we can to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Our apartments offer you and your family the perfect retreat after an exciting day at the lake or in the mountains. We offer a total of two double rooms and four apartments in various sizes with one or two bedrooms, all renovated in spring 2022.

If you cannot find a suitable apartment or room at your desired time, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email. We may have alternative options for you or be able to find a solution to make your stay with us possible.

Our ideal location in direct proximity to the most beautiful mountains and lakes in Carinthia makes our house the perfect starting point for numerous excursions and adventures.

Discover one of our many lakes, explore the landscape by bike or enjoy the breathtaking nature and beauty of the region on a hike.

Little guests are big stars with us! We offer numerous play opportunities so that children feel completely at home and the holiday becomes an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
